With just over four weeks to go before we kick off the 10th Annual Surftech Jay Moriarity Memorial Paddleboard Race, the excitement and anticipation is building! Race registration is starting to fill up and paddlers are well into their training routines! 2010 Jay Race winner Anthony Vela will be back to defend his title as will 2009 winner Craig Waltz.

On the women’s side, last year’s champ Maya Sprinsock will return to do battle with 8x Molokai-2-Oahu paddleboard race winner, Kanesa Duncan and 3x Battle of the Paddle champion, Candice Appleby!

A new addition this year will be the Covewater SUP Relay race. This super fun 3-person relay will be as much fun to compete in as it will be to watch!

No doubt this year’s Jay Race will feature many of the worlds top paddlers as well as lots of fun for the whole family!
